This is a full-time, on-site hybrid position in Miami, FL.
Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for a Production Coordinator who will oversee all aspects that apply to pre-production and production of given style.
What you will do:
- Communicate daily with factories in all aspects of product development.
- Maintain Tech pack ownership from Pre Production through production and ensuring that the factories have most updated information/standards at all times.
- Maintain and ensure that all approvals are executed for styles sold, including but not limited to, patterns, fit samples, fabric quality, lab dips, shadebands , all trim approvals including cartons and labels , PP and TOP sample approvals. Must work well with pattern makers, designers and art team to ensure all approvals are done in a timely manner.
- Maintain, update and publish approval reports for each program and style.
- Create and maintain all reports as specified by Sourcing Manager
- College degree preferred.
- 3-5 year experience.
- Knowledge of apparel Production and experience working with overseas vendors.
- Technical proficiency in PLM.
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Ability to react to change.
- Strong attention to detail and follow up.
- Knowledge of fabrics, trims and screen print techniques.
- Effective communicator.
- Sense of urgency to manage time and accomplish tasks.
- Proactive problem solving skills.
